OTTO Engineering is a company that creates tech for military, police officers, fire rescue, and others. They are mainly a communicational tech company where some of their technology includes radios, speakers, and headsets. They are situated in Carpentersville, Illinois near the Fox River and have a huge factory where they build and test out their equipment. They use 3D printing mechanics in their build processes and sometimes reach out to smaller companies to have their creations made.

We met Mike Lenz, the Engineering Director of OTTO Engineering and he showed us some of the many tactics they use to get the military, police, fire safety crew, and others in the loop with everyone. They manufacture and sell communications devices and have also been working on some personal safety and entertainment devices as well such as hearing protection and speakers.
